I have used both agnitum outpost and zone alarm, i had wifi connection problems with my old laptop and outpost, so i moved to zone alarm and everything has worked fine ever since (even with my new laptop)
So i would highly reccomend using zone alarm |

I did not really like zone alarm for me Comodo gives me far more control in what I what to block from in and out .. Zone alarm is a fail in my option but everyone is entitled to their own opinion ...

your router will do fine unless you are already compromised by a virus/trojan as it wont protect against outgoing connections just incoming ones. |

Agreed with AD i haven't used a firewall for about 3 years, just have a good AV and you'll be fine |
