Well, isn't this an interesting turn of events. If you remember my post from yesterday , you'd know that the basis of the matter is that Christine Filipak falsely accused a BT indexing site admin of being a child molester, stalker, and quite a few other not very nice things. Why'd she do this? A misunderstanding on her part regarding the voluntary DMCA compliance of that site (bitsnoop.com), which was hosted in Russia at the time. In the last 24 hours, I've made contact with Pavel, of bitsnoop.com, and requested all emails between them... not so surprisingly, he was more than happy to hand them over, and now, with his permission, you can read them too. Btw, I did in fact ask Christine Filipak of Monolith Graphics (representing Nox Arcana) for the same emails that bitsnoop provided me, and strangely enough, the more damaging emails from her to bitsnoop weren't included in what she provided us. Anyway, now the public can see how she tries to bully people into getting her way.

Taken out of context, here's something that Christine sent in the last couple hours.

So, Christine, not because bitsnoop.com refused to take down download links (which they did), but because bitsnoop's policy at the time was to leave non-links up (including index data, such as seed/leech stats), Christine not only threatened to (as you'll see in the emails below) but actually did in fact wage a war of misinformation against bitsnoop.com.

What really shocks/amazes me the most is that this lady can threaten, belittle, abuse, insult and so forth, and then she thinks she's the victim? The emails are _very_ one-sided in that respect, until bitsnoop's admin gets pissed off enough to respond (a little) in kind...

It all just blows my mind.

happened to see this tale yesterday, so was curious to see the emails - posted at 700am my time, i think - its now only 815am and clicking the torrent link i get 'this torrent no longer exists' message. Am i doing something wrong? i logged in before trying to access.

I really hope they do take legal proceedings. Would be great to see her get whats coming to her. Really sickening how some people can be.

I have two problems with that sentence.

First, how does it make it a female reaction? Reaction to what (pedopillia, Internet or file sharing)?
Second how does it justify anything, so what you're a woman? Congrats, but you're still f**kin stupid.

Reminds me of my ex-girlfriend though, makes up an idiotic excuse and then blames everything on everyone else.

This bitch needs to learn something called "none of your f**kin business," and "personal accountability."
