back on topic, i have not checked out the linked pages, nor do i intend to

there are a ton of people out there that cling to a perception and hope that their facts are not checked
they make such a bold statement that invokes negative imagery that ones common sense is over-ridden with a response

I am glad to see something I said had an impact for once.
At any rate, it would be really awesome if something positive came out of this whole mess, and from the rate the group on facebook is growing hopefully that is the case.
I think I may drop a line to our resident signature artist here to come up with a logo for the group. Which already seems poised to go after some other similar sites too. |

Ferret ...
That would be fantastic.
The group has taken a life of its own and we are inundated with emails showing support. We have also been asked to report 7 other suspect sites which we have done.
Sadly we have had some negative stuff with people suggesting we are in fact a Pedo ring trying to advertise sites. O well I have broad shoulders and I have nothing to hide.
We will be contacting UK & Australian media sometime this week and once we have found some trusted people in other countries, we will use them as spokesperson for that country.
Thanks again for everyone here that has shown support.

Sorry to be off-off topic on this one, but after looking at said photos & considering SlightAversion's post, it left me thinking about something.
Is it just me, or are most goth folk on either one or the other end of the height/weight spectrum? Seems there's never much in the middle ground...

We have received a reply from the Internet Watch Foundation. Its not good news really. Its OK though we kind of expected this. Now on to plan B so to speak.
Thank you for your report to the Internet Watch Foundation.
We have assessed the material specified in your report and not found any images of child sexual abuse.
The site you have reported contains child modelling content and whilst some of this material may be considered inappropriate it is not actionable under current thresholds.
We are therefore unable to take any further action on this occasion.
Thank you for your support and assistance in reporting this URL to us for assessment.
With best wishes,
SK

I think these guys at the IWF must have shit in their eyes but thats just my opinion.

they're taking it careful, as they should,
we're looking to"Censor" something from the internets
which can in turn be used as a foundation for further actions against similar situations
so moral outrage be damned
it is not going to be easy, the key role here is finding specific reason that justifies intervention and restriction while maintaining net-neutrality
otherwise floodgates may be opened for "other" outraged groups demanding censorship
i don't have much free time to lend, but will help where i can |
