Make 2 pics into one?

I'm guessing this is pretty easy but I haven't got the foggiest idea of where do I start and what do I need! The 2 pictures I want to make into one are

But a bit more professional than just taking a screenshot of this post!

Anyone wanna give me a helping hand plz? Laughing

dezz not sure what you mean exactly.....one picture containing the 2 images?
or one image that moves between the 2 as an animated gif?
two images as one is the most simple route. they are the same size so open both in an editor as photoshop. Change the canvas side to double the width of one and slide to the left then copy and paste the other and slide to the right. Flatten image and its done.....

You've hit the nail on the head johnno ol' boy that's exactly what I want, what you are looking at is 2 pics and I want them side by side as one pic. I've ne experience with photoshop (don't even have it installed!) I've always used nero or windows for my very basic needs (i.e. resizing etc.)

I guess I'm asking if someone would be kind enough to do it for me? Very Happy
