Is there any advantage to using Peer Block?

Does it improve safety and reduce the dangers of a copyright infringement notice? Or does it merely prevent cheater clients [such as BitTyrant Evil or Very Mad

]. Any improvement or decrease in Download speeds occur either?

Nothing is foolproof mate, but better to have it than not. If someone really wants to break into your house or car to steal things etc, they will. Whether you have taken security measures or not, but i still lock my doors and windows. Not the best of analogies, but you catch my drift Wink

EDIT: No difference in speed noticed

Yes.
