representing the ops and the users of the channel, i would like the webmasters of this site to remove all entries to our channel on the aniverse network immediately. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE INDEXED, PERIOD.

ih-beta is on akick and is gline accross all networks/channels that i represent, period. ask us a f**kin permission before you do something to our channels and users, who the f**k gave you the rights to index us without our consents, and then f**kin telling us that we must do this, must do that in order to remove ourselves from this site?

thats the problem. the chan and network were already in that useless database and we just dont need morons (and lawyers) to clog the chans, there are already enough of them who do that randomly

you have been glined on every single network ive heard about your activities, so just tell me how we are supposed to tell you that we want to 'opt out' from irc....btw im also curious about how we 'opted in' to begin with since you didnt ask before scanning the fserves

if you are talking about Aniverse, the bot was banned before but the network op let it back on on the basis of the opt-out system.

There are a few glines, as far as i know they aren't in the database anymore. Networks you see on this site are networks you can see the bot coming on. Man, I really need to clean up old messages here where "you heard about my activities".

indexing is to make finding files more convenient. I leech files too, but I got tired of looking at fserve ads scrolling by channels, finding files with DOS commands, queueing, etc. That was THE reason i started coding the indexer.

FOr lawyers, read this link which is posted on the front page . Lawyers may come, but not because of this site. Data in here can't be used as legal evidence, and they don't need this "tool" to gather intelligence, they have their own.

ok, let's not *beep*, down to the basic, you are giving them a source to find us out, if they hadn't already, watever the case, they don't need your data, they just need our chan name and network, and they'll hunt every single fserv we hav down to their ISPs, and most likely getting us disconnected. so lemme make this perfectly clear. You did not ask us for permissions, and so far, no channels on aniverse wanted your presence, so please remove all entries of the aniverse network, thank you.
