Can someone help me how i download this cd? thanks.

Ok, im new to this torrent downloading stuff. i want to download this new CD called Vice Verses. a simple search at the top and it can be found easilly.
When i click the download button (im on a mac) a thing called Setup.exe is downloaded, but that doesnt do anything. It says to finish the instillation to save the file and run the installer. But i have no clue what i should do, i dont even know what installer its talking about. Any help would be so appreciated and i am thankful for anyone willing to help me (newb.)

nope, dont even know what a download client is, nor know where to get that

Sounds like you have clicked on the BT Guard button which is also at the top of the download page. Be sure to click on the .torrent download. Then you must load the .torrent file into your torrent client to download.

I suggest you read all the relevant stickies that are in the forums.

Its a fake.
The info file ask you to go to another site to fill in a survey so forget it and wait for the real deal.
Do not follow shit instructions about protecting a leaked file as it is there to just con you..... learn first how to spot fake files

johnno was probably responding and missed your response.he can tell you what if any client you need.transmission may come with mac but i haven't a clue.

Ok thanks! i now got the torrent installer and have the mp3's downloaded. I've encountered a problem though, even though i am looking at these mp3 files when i click on them or try to load them in itunes or anything they never play or show up. does that just mean its a bad torrent?

yup sorry jumped one level ahead and checked the file first. The torrent is bad but going back 1 step please use transmission for the Mac. It is fast and simple. If you are a previous PC user you can download uTorrent for Mac but it is not optimized as it is for the PC.

Basically just DL transmission from here
http://www.transmissionbt.com/
Then launch and follow the onscreen instruction to get through setup.
Once done any torrent you download will then have the transmission icon. Double click and it opens automatically in Transmission and will download to your downloads folder.
