It would be a hard case to prosecute, however, they will most likely attempt to force iso to divulge which parties gave out which information. That would destroy the site and take down a few people in one fell swoop

It seems that IH has a good chance of getting through this in one piece... the MPAA has evidently not been very diligent in preparing a case or gathering information on accurate levels.... they havent a clue to the file types on the site or the efforts applied by admins to filter shit. Not to mention IH compliance to remove certain .torrents at publishers request..... IH isnt to blame I am
