Can j uploud same material if j do not have a vote?
actually preparing a lot of materials such as cast complete filmographies,but j just see on youtube a video that I can not uplodujem anything if I do not at least 5glasova. Is this true?

all you need is a positive rep,you already have that.

EDIT you have supposedly already made a release and been given the how to upload link here before.it appears to have only a couple trackers and isn't being seeded,so for all intents and purposes is dead.so no real clue what you are asking or wanting.

Ho ho it's cool. I was told that I was interested.

Does it matter whether such a program instead of using Vuze or ?Torrent?
I tried something a few months ago that uploud but I think it`s failed.

you need to provide a seed when you upload, there should be a task in your program that shows what you uploaded. keep that task going so you can keep the seed going

Most users here use uTorrent, so if you're asking whether to use Vuze or uTorrent I'd suggest Vuze. I don't use either though ...

i don't think it's going to work.you are still only adding one tracker that is pretty useless anymore.it's much the same thing i told you the last time.

if you aren't going to follow advice and use working trackers you are wasting your time,but it is yours to waste.
