How old is your computer, pre 1950 ? Sorry .... what specs does your PC have ?

A virus is a possibility. It could be consuming enough resources to interfere with playback.

What antivirus are you using?

i have a toshiba satellite intel duo core windows 7 purchased a year ago, i use AVG anti virus.... not sure what "specs" are

i forget, not sure where to find that info on the computer,,,, when i bought it they said it was a good amount i remember that.... that's why i bought it

You can find it in "System Properties", click START - COMPUTER - SYSTEM PROPERTIES, RAM will be about a third of the way down the page.
