How to block known cheater clients using PeerBlock.

just out of curiosity, not making a statement about one client or another.
if you block a user of bitcomet who is a avid seeder in favor of a utorrent user who is a habitual non seeder or low share ratio would that be justified in your opinions ? the scenario would have to apply in some cases.

Because some people do stuff like download, and when they see a connection thats uploading they block it so they only download, and dont share both ways, and some are cheaters, or are hackers sending malformed packets, or are unsavy and have a virus that tries to cross into your machine. these things dont happen often but you want to shut it down when they do Cool
