Hey guys, I tryed to create new torrent using uTorrent, and in trackers field, by default the were 2 udp trackers
| Code: |
udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce
udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce
|
Do I need to delete these trackers and add http trackers from this topic http://isohunt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=135049 , and how many trackers is enough to add to my torrent?
This is my first torrent |

It's strange they were already in there? Anyway I use these:
and have no problems. Remember to leave a blank line between each one otherwise it will only use the top tracker
(To see the urls correctly, quote this post and they should show ok) |

Well I think I have a problem, I added torrent to my uTorrent list, and checked 'Start Seeding' when I created it, now on my list the torrent is showing 0% and downloading ...
How to start seeding it, I tryed to set download location to the file and .torrent file, but still its 0% and wont start seed ! |

Zyklon if you post a link for your upload I'll download it to make sure everything's working ok. |

It would be awesome, and to rate and comment my torrent then, so peeps will download it then
And let it be known that I have 1Mbps inernet connection so my up speed is ~40kbps, from next month my ISP is upgrading speed to 5Mbps with same price.
But I have an issue, what I've done to create this torrent.
I have a PC and laptop, torrent I created from laptop, and I thought to add torrent to my PC too, since its 24/7 up and running, so I added torrent to PC and dhe download was amazing to 2Mbps, because it was using udp, and torrent was from LAN.
However the torrent was completed in PC within 3 minutes, and start seeding to some1 else, I guess russian flag appeared to Peers list, while from laptop it wont start seeding at all.
How to start seeding from laptop too, the torrent is green, and 'seeding' but health is 0.
What I did wrong ? |

Don't worry about the torrent health thing. It's always been a rather arbitrary indicator anyway. It basically uses the total numbers of seeders to leechers ratio and the overall speed of the swarm (or the bandwidth available to the torrent) to determine the "health".
As more people download your torrent, it's health will go up. |

It's okay now, what I did is same as how I uploaded to PC, I deleted torrent from laptop and I downloaded from PC at 2Mbps speed, now Im uploading.
Thanks |
