Never owned any of the 4 listed, but have had every Nintendo and Sega console. Alex the Kidd does bring back memories, recently downloaded this for the wii. Wonderboy II was another fave of mine on the Sega master System. |

amiga was on a good track but didnt get the rep it should have.
all the PC platforms were caught up on backward compatability, so stayed with legacy memory architecture, and used dos extenders th access system memory from the base memory, amiga knew that that rots, and i think the development of the final amiga platform was what they spent the last of thier funds on instead of advertizing in hopes that the machine would advertize itsself via performance... too bad it ran a smokin game of DOOM at the time |

Heh, nice thread.
Well, since I'm 25 now the Sega master system (YES, the one with alex kidd), NES, SNES and PSX are the nostalgic consoles for me.
Any of you know Final Fantasy Mystiq quest? Lufia II? Chrono Trigger (<- favorite)? Those games really put fire to my love for RPG's. This love grew even more with the coming of Final Fantasy 7 and 8 for the PSX. They almost made me fail at college.
