I have so many files on my U torrent that there is no more space in my C drive. I have an external hard drive and i was wondering if its possible to move them there? i really don't want to lose my files. |

It is easy to move files to the external hard drive, just right click then cut/paste or select "send to", then choose the external hard drive as the destination. |

You can also send them directly to the external hdd when you first download them...just browse to the external drive's location when the window pops up with all the files inside the torrent, and the torrent will download the file to the external hdd straight away |

you can also compress certain parts of your hard drive to save space. just select the folders you might want, right click and drag your mouse to "properties". when the properties window appears click on the "advanced" button, another window will appear. click on the check box labeled "compress contents to save disk space" and voila!
i must warn you tho, be wary as to which file folders you wish to compress as it may hinder your computer's performance. |

If you compress your drive:
Do Not compress your windows directory or system files!
you can cause some problems, for yourself.
compress things you have saved that you dont use often |

Locked down seeing as the OP never got back.
In summary these methods will save space...
Compress shit.
Delete shit.
Backup shit.
Get a server to store shit. |
