I've ordered new servers. If they get setup in time for the move out deadline of Friday, Dec. 10 from our current host, there should be little downtime.
Both database and web servers will be an upgrade. Our database will go from a dual Athlon to a Opteron, while the web server from a Athlon 2600 to a Barton 3000. You can tell I'm a AMD fan. 
The 1 db and 1 web server cost $315 total, with additional web servers as needed. Funding from ads are doing well, but donations will give you that warm fuzzy feeling plus the option of not seeing the ads. 
UPDATE:
I got a surprise call from someone at the current host (then their COO), who doesn't want us to leave. We agreed that all copyright complaints will be
sent to us for resolution.
This after I spent days finding a good host. Hmm. |

hey, nice move with teh servers. and yeah AMD all teh way 
btw, nice to hear that the ads are really helping out. good way to keepit running "self-sufficiently"

Actually we are staying with current servers, read the Update. This whole getting kicked out thing is a big bad joke. |

Thats good news, its also nice to know some hosts are not 'yellow'. Which host is ISOhunt currently using and which one were u planning to move to? |

hmm, is it really worth staying at this same host then?
i would weight the pros/cons and then tip it a little to teh con side because they "played" a joke on you. as a client u don't deserve to be treated like taht. maybe ask them to give u a month of 2 discount, otherwise move to the otehr hosting (cause eventually i would reccomend outta country also. to not get tangled again)
