Before i changed my pc i was able to select parts of a download before it loaded onto utorrent.Now when i select download it goes straigt into utorrent and doesnt give me the chance to select just parts of the download. Why is this. Am i missing something. Help please.

you also may need to expand the box to show them all.so long as the box is ticked preferences>UI settings>under when adding torrents>show a window that displays the files inside the torrent in advanced mode
