are you connected to isohunt and any other irc channel like demonoid? that could be a reason.

If you are in demonoid it will say that, if you are using chatzilla it will also say that

If none of those two apply tell me what username (nick) you joined irc with and I'll look into it

You personally are not on the ban list, make sure you are in no other rooms when you try and join

edit - if you are in other rooms pm me and tell me what ones and i will see if any of them are banned
