my experience is already here, copied/updated & pasted from a related thread.

there is a house on the top of a hill called Sinai House, that is protected
by law as a listed building,
it has a history of strange phenomena but I know more about sinai house than the researchers do because my mum/2 auntie's/2 uncle's & grandma used to live there, the researchers probably know more about the history of the place but I know more about the strange phenomena,
strange goings on & the story behind it all,
many people have spent millions of £'s trying to restore sinai house,
many have failed due to unforeseen costs,

anyway that's another story that I may tell sometime,
this post is about being scared so here goes,

you know how kids are when they discover something like that,
they have to investigate lol,

when I was a kid I became interested in sinai house when I found out
about my mum & other members of my family that used to live there,
it became a regular haunt for me & my friends,
one particular day me & 4 of my friends decided to try & get to the bottom
of the mysteries surrounding sinai house,
we decided to investigate methodically every single room in the house,
until we came to the last room where we found evidence of torture &
restraint,
cast iron shackles embedded in the wall, iron bars at the window,
claw marks on the walls & bloodstains,
coincidentally this was the last room we searched before deciding to
leave,
we got outside the house & I was the first to notice a strange
wailing/moaning coming from the barred window, Shocked

astonished & shocked, the penny dropped when we all looked at each
other to see that all members of our party were present,
there couldn't possibly be anybody in that room,
what happened next was even more scary..........
someone or something launched a crowbar at the barred window with
incredible force making a very loud clang as it struck,

we didn't need any more convincing to leave & scarpered,
we all got on our pushbikes & rode like hell down the hill to get away,
one of my mates was thrown off his bike by some unseen force & I got the
feeling that someone or some thing grabbed my bike & was holding me
back despite the fact that it was a steep hill & we were traveling down it,
it scared the shit out of all of us. Shocked

edit: it's had 2 tv documentaries to my knowledge,
also featured in one episode of most haunted.

I know coincidence is not spooky but we often take some things for granted and pass them off with a shrug of the shoulder.
I have never met a ghost, I have not heard strange sounds or experienced anything to make me afraid of the paranormal. I cannot move objects by thought alone or do a "carrie" to those that piss me off.
That said I believe implicitly that the paranormal as such must exist as I experience so many other things on a truly regular basis that almost everybody experiences at some time and many experience often.
"the speak of the devil" kinda thing.
You know, I sit and drink my coffee and suddenly think of someone or say to the wife, "have you heard from Pete?" and bloody hell within seconds the phone rings or there is a knock at the door and it is that very person.
I am writing this post after having just looked through some digital photos made several years ago in Munich at a german trade show and suddenly started laughing as I remembered the fun I had had with a friend in one of the pictures. Literally as I am laughing to myself with fond memories filling my thoughts I get an email from the very person I was thinking of whom I have not seen or heard from for several years.
This type of incident is not uncommon and I have it very often.... maybe more people do but just don't think of it or waste time thinking about it.
The thinking of someone and then the phone ringing with that very person at the other end just happens way too much to not consider that in some "fringe" style manner that we are often more connected to each other than we may realise. Is it para ?? as I can't explain it and I suspect it falls within some form of paranormal activity or pigeon hole then my reasoning is if I accept this to be normal then others who experience totally different things must also be normal.. Now if I have confused anyone I don't really care, not being an ass but I find it quite confusing myself.
