Long time isohunt user, new to the forums.

I am also unable to post comments on torrents which are badly in need of them (and +1's). I copy and paste the text into the bottom box but I get the same error message about needing to fill out a "captcha". No URLs in my comments.

Wow, in the TV category, the latest 19 pages today consists of fake torrents. If this continues those browsing features will be totally useless Sad

This is an indexing site. It finds them once they are released on many different sites on the web and let's You browse them in one place, so unless people will stop releasing fakes, scams trying to earn easy money that will never end. And trust me... that pisses everyone off Wink

To elaborate on what lilprincetom said, fakers upload them because people go looking for things that don't exist, if you look for next weeks episode of something there will be a fake of it because fakers know people look for it, or at the very least see it in the latest torrent pages and try and download it. Fakers are not to blame for uploading fakes, people who download them are the ones at fault, for without the latter, the former would have no one to scam.

honestly since i don't look for things that don't exist i could care less because i don't see a lot of fakes.my pet peeve is the people who don't take the time to learn what they are doing and then whine because the ironman 7 they downloaded doesn't play and want to blame it on everyone but themselves for looking for and downloading shit that don't exist.

Yes I know it's an indexing site and I don't look for next weeks episode but I usually look for todays releases, hence the problem Smile

Before this became a problem for me I usually found new TV shows I didn't know about among todays releases.

Is there a moderator on this site that deletes obviously fake torrents after awhile?

Edit: And I don't download any fakes. I know enough to spot them Wink

I didn't mean the actually torrent file. I'm sure it is possible to delete what's actually shows in the list of torrents here on this site.

I don't wan't to nag too much about this, this is a great site but it is also a growing problem Smile

Edit: Or perhaps make another filter so we can filter out zip-files and other files. The fakers can probably go around that too but it would be a nice feature anyway.

it's not here so no it can't be deleted.and sorry not going to happen,in the lawsuit they want to shut us down by forcing a filter.

any word filter takes the good with the bad.maybe you aren't aware of this but nearly all scene releases are archive files first.not all rar/zip files are fake,though most single archive tv/movie files are.

know when a movie is released or tv show airs and then do a search limiting the time to one day for tv shows,seven days type of search.

I am aware about that. And I think we are having problem in our communication. It's hard to search for something you don't know you are looking for.

But I can understand if the site owners don't want to make more filters because they don't want their policy to contradict with the lawsuit, that I can understand. But I don't think it's impossible. If you look at the pirate bay (but I prefer this site), fake results in their index is deleted after a while. So it is possible but this site may have reasons not to do that.

TPB deletes the things uploaded there same as we do here but we still index the file and their useless trackers.we have no tracker,this is a search engine like google.

type a title and add .torrent into it in google you will see much the same results.
