Win7 OEM or Win7 Retail dvd

Hi all,, i'm buying parts for my first build can someone please tell me if Win7 OEM has to be installed by retailer or can I do the install or do I have to buy win7 retail dvd.. thanx heaps for your help..

You can buy Windows 7 on disc and can easily install it yourself, go for the option which is easiest and cheapest for yourself.
