Ok, so I've had some real issues with my torrenting recently. My bittorrent client will not connect to any more than 4 or 5 peers at a time for downloads while at the same time blatantly ignoring the limits I set as to the number of torrents it was allowed to download and upload at the same time. The result?
60+ torrents downloading NOTHING at the same time and 200+ torrents uploading NOTHING at the same time. Additionally, all the torrents I'm downloading come from good sites with lots of seeds and a high seed/peer ratio. I'm not sure if it's just uTorrent being dumb, which it is from time to time, or if some IT guy somewhere grew a brain stem he really shouldn't have.
Any suggestions as to how I can fix the problem? |

Have you tried the obvious, ran the inbuilt set up wizard ? |

have you tried giving it the stink eye and given it a thorough telling off?? otherwise i'm sure someone with some real knowledge will post shortly when on  |

When it comes to computing it's always the last thing people try and for whatever reason it works. Thanks much!
By the way, the stink eye didn't but giving it a smart slap on the buttocks did  |
