Indexing of #is0warezz

Please remove #is0warezz from your indexing!

We at #is0warezz understand your project, and like to see new coders put their experience to work; however, as the sole user of #is0warezz, proper notification of your actions/activities should be verified with #is0warezz first.

We are having many complaints from our users about indexing of their servers. In response to these complaints #is0warezz must take action to protect our users .

#is0warezz has implemented a policy, and TOS (Terms of Service agreement) This policy on numerous ocasions has been violated. Under further investigation of your FAQ posted here http://isohunt.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=61 You have made several statements -->
"The indexer ask for permission WHILE indexing" "you are just indexed before you can decide which choice you want" "RI** and Co. are already sending threat letter to ISPs... My index will contribute little to what they r doing..."

These statments conclude, and prove that "isohunt.com" has violated our TOS agreement. This agreement is posted on fservs, and FTP servers before entering any directory structure. With this said, any indexing that occurs is in violation of the TOS agreement which you accept by entering the fserv.

I true hope that you will remove our channel (#is0warezz), and remove "any" bots, or users asoceated with your indexing Immediately.

The only violation of the TOS is

If i understand correctly, the point of this is to keep "anti-piracy agengies" out. If you can believe that I'm not involved with such then the "spirit" of the TOS is not violated, although not to the letter.

Your channel has been removed. I emailed you a link where you can change your channel's settings. This link should have been sent to 1 of the ops on your chan anyways, but just in case. And my "suggestions" for posting on your site still stands. Wink

honestly, do you think a site like isohunt.com can bring "more publicity" to IRC? it is such an old network and file trading on it already so well known, that i don't think my site, or any other, can make much difference.

I remember a news clip on CNN reporting "piracy", no less than 2 years ago. It featured a clip showing fserve ads scrolling by a channel. i don't think there's much left to hide.
