Evolution NE [Mod edited title]

i sold a guildwars account to somebody on here. he gave me 2 payments of 10.00. on feb 10th 2007.

i gave him the account and it worked and he loved it.

well now fast forward to june 2nd 2007 and i get a call from my mother saying somebody has chargebacked her paypal for $20.00!!!!!!! she lost and he got his money and he wont answer my emails or ANYTHING. i dont have his name i got an address but i think it's fake. my mother can now not use her paypal because she is -20.00

he went by the name *game-seekers* and his email is HAX191@AIM.COM orcrodding to paypal.

could anyone help me or give me some suggesitons on what to do? i atleast want my game back. and also has anyone ever traded with this perosn before?

and apprtlly this eprosn stole somebodys credit card.

this is what it says in my paypal email
We recently notified you that one of your buyers filed a chargeback stating
unauthorized use of a credit card.

i did not use his credit card or anything. so that means he must of stole someyones credit card. gave me $20 and now the person want;s there money back tbecause they never knew about this!!????

zappyisfun check your outbox and see if he's read the PM you sent, so far he hasn't read the one I sent. If its in sent, then hes read it.

Yea i dont think he's active he left as soon as he traded with me.

well all i know is he f*cked me AND my mom over. my mom now owes paypal $20 or else she cant use it evenmore or they shut her down. i gotta give her that money tomorrow.

this sucks.

Tho paypal told my mother whoever did it is already right now getting trouble for fraudrent credit cards or something. so maybe he's alrdy in jail lol haa

If it's not already done yet, you can open a dispute in paypal, never done it myself, though it seems to work and they actually charge the guy back for the $20.00 he scammed of you.
But if you say paypal is already getting him for fraude, it's already done so, but I'm not sure if paypal will refund your mom's cash.
