Anime anyone?

Hiya i was wondering if anyone can suggest a good anime for me? I just finished Chobits and Fruits Basket and they were both so awesome i'm a bit of a hopeless romantic so anything along those lines would be great! thanks so much.

hmmm... have you ever heard of "marmalade boy"?
it's kind of like a anime soap opera of sorts

...another one that come to mind is "to heart"
a more popular series would be eureka 7, which does include giant robot fights and all that but in the end it's really about a couple of love stories...

For kick-ass plot, try:

Fate/Stay Night (my favorite anime of all time) - About 4.23 gigs:
Synopsis: Great (albeit few) battles, great character development: Takes elements of Brittish, pagan, Irish, Greek, hell any mythology and even some religious stuff, and stuff as ancient as Sumerian Legend... It's awesome, don't want to ruin it for ya though Smile

Chrno Crusade (about demons)

Trinity Blood (about vampires, a MUST SEE)

For Fan service, try:
Bakuretsu Tenshi (not sure if that's how you spell it lol) aka Burst Angel
Ikki-Toushen (something like that, the OVAs ARE HILLARIOUS!!!)

For Humor and hillarious stuff in general;
Azumanga Dioh (5 stars lmao)
Genshiken - an anime about otakus
Excel Saga (I couldn't get into it but anime fans love it for it's absurdness)

all those said above are great... are you looking for a series? i would have to go with chobits but the best movie is hands down Ninja Scroll best damn thing i ever saw but i'm in love with ninjas but still best damn movie ever! Mr. Green

My absolute favorite anime is "Kimi ga Nozomu Eien" (The Eternity You Wish For). It has only 14 episodes but it is exquisite! Very romantic, superb story.

My second favorite is "Full Moon wo Sagashite" (Searching for the Full Moon), it has around 50 episodes. Lots of romance. too.
