I'm curious how many of you are in the same boat as me. I have a modest 225gig hard drive thats completely full of movies and crap that I haven't gotten around to burning yet. I don't watch movies on my computer, I burn them, then watch them. But with downloading, seeding and my Isohunt addiction, I have roughly 190gigs that I haven't burned yet. I'm constantly working with 15/20gigs or so that I can free up and immediately fill again. I'd love to have the magic box from Myka that IH was talking about the other day, but, alas, I'm just poor really. -sigh- oh, the pains of a pirate.

took me a second maybe you should edit the poll to say how much hard disk space instead of memory, I thought you meant free ram. Between my many machines NAS, and external drives I probably have a total of roughly 1.5 terabytes... still free or there about.. My two main computers are getting crowded but all my machines have multiple drives in them.

i once had a problem with space - had a computer with 2 160 gig drives and it was full to bursting

but have since built a new one - so those 2 old drives and a 500 gig are in it - and an additional 80 gig external (well it was cheap ay)

so i'm ok for now - but i'm not looking forward to blueray iso's (not that i want them til i get a wall projector or a cinema of my own) Wink

My problem is that I don't burn anything and I don't like getting rid of anything. I watch all my movies, listen to all my music, play all my games, etc.. on my computer so there's not reason to take it anywhere else. On my main machine I've got around ~900GB worth of HDD and I've got maybe 20GB free amongst all of it.

Got about 400gb left at the moment, and that's only because i've just bought a new drive. TBH i usually end up with 200gb free because i buy a new drive as soon as i get down that low. Think i'm up to 2TB of files now on my server :S Might be time for a spring clean??

Yup. Isohunt is the responsible one for the lack of space Image . Since i started using it (~1 year ago) i had gradually less and less space.

Well... it's complicated lol

I have about 2tb of Hard drive space, but a 500GB one isn't even in the same state as me, I gave it to a friend to fill up with data to his hearts content since his connection is roughly 60xs faster than mine lol

I typically keep 200GB of the standard 320 gig drive I use for storage and download pending free, I need a new 500 and 320, my internals, my two main system ones, have been turned off a grand total of 6 hours over the past 2 years... so, naturally, they are about dead. Western Digital kicks butt, but I put hard drives through hell. I recommend WD above all other hard drives, but if anyone knows a better brand for similar price lemme know, because I am on the market, and who knows how long my drives will last at this rate.

Right now I only have 80 gigs of space free, because I recently met a friend who I've been sharing data with and he's handed me about 160 gigs in the past 4 days... My processor reached new levels of heat when I compressed and uncompressed some of it, and not to mention all the DVD burning... Sad
