Converting video files to DVD using ConvertXToDVD

where have I gone wrong ? I downloaded and installed the program and copied the patch. I ran the program and got a message " LIST INDEX OUT OF BOUNDS ( 15 ). I clicked ok to remove the message then got video file to convert but when tried to convert it I got another message " ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADRESS 007C63C9.
do you know what this means and can you help me please

To keep this thread clean please check your PM.... Those issues are related to the older 3.0 versions and have been resolved... The latest is 3.4.7 Smile

i dont know how to copy patch into program directory..i tried anyway to use it and get this error..
warning File "C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\Heroes Season 2\Heroes.S02E07.HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi" ignored. Unrecoverable error while reading.

what is this about
