KEEP YOUR BOT OUT OF MY CHANNELS

Dear moron ..
Ya keep tellin us to read ya FAQ's b4 posting eh ..
My fserv HAD an on entry msg spammed that no indexing or info collection was allowed (along with the standard legals) ..
Did your bot read this ?? Why not ??

You forced me to shut my fserv down dude.. my "rare/old" files are no longer going to be shared when i have to spend half my life on irc setting up ways to stop ppl like you or telling the absolute lusers that you have introduced to warez, how to access files..

My xdcc bots are now located in an invite only room for the ppl that are willing to hang around and not just bounce thru to smash and grab my stuff..

You thought it was hard to find stuff b4 .. lmfao !!

To all the servers out there .. we've grown soft in our attempts to share ..start banning the lamers again .. keep banning his bot .. and most importantly Keep The Warez Free !

the fact that i have an OPT-OUT PAGE FOR YOU TO USE SO THE BOT WILL STOP INDEXING YOU makes your whole point of banning and other things invalid.

While a XDCC hosting some rare file every1 wants can be a problem, a fserve can't be. Fserve trigs are censored so users of this site can only come to your channel and sit on it like every1 else, as he knows some1 on your chan has the file he wants but don't know who.

This is the best i can do for having a useful search engine, while keeping servers happy. It's unfortunate that you r not. Your nick and the fact that you digged up a rather old thread also says something about you.

Perhaps I should lock up all these old threads, if not delete them...

Not 'invalid' .. more like 'required' to keep the idiots out of our chans and push em all to the 'chat' chans you seem to wanna turn every warez room into.. (fyi 'chat' networks activly teach their regs to block uninvited /msg's so your theory of spamming the opt-out msg to users kinda falls down dont ya think?)

And come they do .. every feral out there comes bumbling in and wants to know the ins and outs of how to leech .. then they grab the stuff they want .. then they ask how to unzip it .. then they ask how to open it .. then they ask how to use it ..then they leave.. then they come back... then they ask why wont it work on their amiga as well as their schools pc's etc etc etc ..

well there's the CHANverify.php link the bot would send to an op on your chan, do you have that link?

For the spamming, well, I would rather be a "spammer" than not let ppl know what i'm doing. You know what I'm doing coz of the spam didn't you? Would you be here if i didn't? You would still be in your chan wondering who posted your chan that caused the flood of users (if there really is a flood of users coz of this site). So let's leave the spamming at that.

I don't know what link you got spammed with, the FSverify.php or the CHANverify.php. You can control your channel with the CHANverify link, INLCUDING OPT-OUT THE ENTIRE CHANNEL so every file indexed from your chan is deleted, and the bot won't visit again. Much better than banning don't you think?

You have justified your actions inside out and upside down..
The regs still aint happy with your shite..
You've admitted to being a spammer .. you've been hipocritical over your FAQ's controlling your site but the fserv's onjoin msg's mean nothing to you.. your methods of spamming to a random op DO NOT work as most of the chans do op BOTS with no logging capabilities .. you want warez chans to be chat chans but will not follow the golden rule of a chat chan (no uninvited pvt's)
You are an idiot if you think the authorities do not use this site to track and harrass the ppl trying to share
You are even more a fool if you think that the lazy masses that you are unleashing on the warez community will actually benifit anybody ('cept the lazy masses)
Dude .. sorry to say you have taken a great idea and just got a GoD complex about being right .. please be carefull in the future as you are starting to piss off some ppl that dont try to show reason thru forums like this.
This aint a threat .. I will not advocate attacks on anyones connections .. the nets here for all to use .. but unfortunatly some ppl out there figure they can do what they want, when they want, how they want.

i'm not forcing you to agree with me, and it's quite apparent that you are not. For the "spam", I would rather call it notifying ppl of something that has been done. You can disagree again on this "system", and there's again the opt-out system.

Now, if there's no single human op on your chan, too bad. And you could have kindly asked me to remove your chan if you didn't get the CHANverify link, but since you insist on the flaming and proving me wrong, you can go ahead with your mass banning if that makes you happy.

I have been strong on my stand, yes, but no it's not a God complex. I'm not forcing my ideal on anyone. You can participate and use this site, or you can curse it and opt-out. You couldn't opt-out doesn't mean I don't let you (again, you could have asked nicely and i would have removed you as I've done many times before)

I'll be locking up the old threads soon. This is getting no where.

Btw that please verify your net and chan, thats a simple spammers technique to find out if a net and chan is valid, it runs alont the same lines of the email spam that says to remove yourself from this list please click the following link, it just tells them the email is valid so they can continue the spam, same prinicple here

say what u want, but it's not a "simple spammers technique to find out if a net and chan is valid". The bot send the "notification msg" WHILE indexing one's fserve. You can disagree with the opt-out method and prefer opt-in, but this is not a spammer technique.

u have chosen to justify your point (if there is one) by things I don't see would have any constructive use. I can't stop you anymore than you can't stop me.

You never did seem to appreciate the fact that you could have just opted out and we could all move along.
