I just give my personal opinion, if it is in the choices or just hit view results, whats the use of messing up the poll just for no reason.

No, if I'm interested in or have an opinion on the topic, I vote. If I'm not interested or don't have an opinion or if I don't really have any knowledge of the topic then I don't vote. I believe the poll, as someone has set it up; is of interest to them. If I'm asking a question or doing a poll then I always hope to have somewhat accurate and representative responses on the topic, so that's how I treat it.
