CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ 2.1Ghz
Memory: 1GB X 3 kingston @ 667 Mhz
Hard Drive: Seagate Baracuda 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
Speakers:Creative 2.1+Two 8" woofers + ONE 5" speaker(Makes 5.1 and surprisingly sounds good) Very Happy
Video card: Nvidia geforce 8600GT
Monitor: 17" LG electronics 700E
Operating System:Windows Vista Ultimate X86

thinking of buying another hdd hope will buy one soon and a creative sound card also

build a new system for Vista. A P4 can run it, but your model of the P4 (the non-HT model) will not vista smoothly. just replace the whole works. its too old for Vista. you can always recycle it into a linux machine, so don't worry about that.
