Open Trackers List for new Torrents

Just a minor thing I have noticed here but something to consider probably:

With the mess going on recently with TPB's trackers having a constant fit, may it be smart to dwindle down the duplicate addresses in the tracker list?

Here's an example:

All but the very first address can be removed. announce.php aliases back to announce and vice-a-versa. In addition, quite obviously, http://vip.tracker.thepiratebay.org:80/ is the exact same as http://vip.tracker.thepiratebay.org/ .

So in essence, having all 4 of these addresses going means the client is trying to update to the same tracker 4 times as much as it needs to in the same cycle. The tracker list in this thread can be easily cut down to half the size.

can anyone help me, am new to this. I whant to know why my torrents keeps on deniying my acess to download..any ideas why this is happening. it worked fine just once but now it wont work. help plssss...

when you add a tracker to a swarm even someone not the original seeder, it gets added to all instances of that torrent on the internet, sadly it doesnt get added to users copies on their PC. but this feature is good to get your torrent out there on different search engines.

Your list must be sadly out of date. I can't get any non-php trackers added to my torrent. Its too bad. I used to use your list often and it worked well.

I've been checking this list and have came up with the following trackers as working/active.

Also a Big Thank You! for the grouping method as it does work well when the tracker group is alive!

I use 6 or 7 trackers (groups) per torrent.
