I haven't seen Bottle Rocket or the Darjeeling Limited, so I'd have to say my favorite is The Royal Tenenbaums. I definitely liked Rushmore and Life Aquatic and I'll no doubt enjoy the other two as soon as I get around to watching them. |

"The Life Aquatic" since this is the only Wes Anderson movie I know. Apparently I have to watch a few more...

Wez Anderson is my new, by far the favourite director. He is working on some new stuff now though might only be directing and not screen writing. Good Question and i had to vote Life Aquatic, its full of story and delicately laced with comedy. Bottle Rocket is a close second |

It's tough because they're all so good and usually depends on what mood I'm in. Overall I'd have to go with Life Aquatic though, closely followed by Royal Tenenbaums. I think Darjeeling Limited would be my least favorite so far, but don't let that stop anyone from watching it. It's still a fantastic movie on its own merits. Bottle Rocket also lacks alot of the production qualities of the others considering it was his first film, but the movie has enough personality to make up for that.
He's easily one of my favorite directors. |

I love his style, but the Royal Tenenbaums is probably my favorite, great casting.
I watched Bottle Rocket a couple months ago. It was hilarious, highly recommended. They are all good in their own rights. |

Darjeeling Limited FTW I love this movie. Honestly, I thought his other movies were boring. And I've seen a lot of movies and can tolerate a lot. Meh, but yeah, DL was so funny. |

Wes Anderson is fantastic....speaking of which, really looking forward to the release of fantastic mr fox!!
Life aquatic comes first on my list but Royal Tenenbaums is a VERY close second..It also introduced me to Elliott Smith.

Life Aquatic was the all around best one. The story was the perfect balance of comedy and tragedy. Characters were developed through their relationships rather than dialogue, and that's something that doesn't come through in film very often. |
