i'm not sure what i did wrong, i downloaded the newest bit torrent (not the beta) and i've attempted to download multiple files of multiple types from multiple sources.

none of them work. they just sit in the download que and norton anti-virus always pops up and asks me if i want to permit this program, it always says permit and i always select permit.

any suggestions?
