PS2 vs Xbox

mm ps2 for games but half the games out for it are not that good,

Xbox has Halo, PGR2 < the Best driving game around Wink

GT eat your heart out, Halo 2 being released soon.

the Xbox can be chiped with out braking the law as its classed as a PC,, < so ive been told.... Can have emulaters loaded on it, Harddrive Upgraded, be chiped so it can play DVD moives with out needing to buy the DVD addon, New backgrounds added to it if your sick of the dashboard even the front LED can be modded so it gos red and green. can play AVI mepg Videos on it once you add them to the Harddrive.

I am going for the xbox. It being my favorite console of this generation.

Not because of the modding possibilities, but xbox live. I absolutly love it. I am more of a pc gamer, but my horrible pc can't run anything after the year 2000. So xbox is my best bet. I have thought about modding, but the only thing I am intersted with it is putting games on my hard drive. .. Wich is worth modding the console alone. But I have some strange fascination with owning those games.

Although, I have a ball on all the consoles, Xbox still beats the others out.

I have both Xbox and PS2. I agree that the xbox graphics and power is better, but the PS2 seems to have better games.

I don't have xbox or ps2, just give me a fast Radeon and I'm happy Wink

And Halo is the most original FPS I've played. Can't wait for Halo 2 (coming in Dec.)

Xbox has on of the greatest games of all time, halo. Not to mention the fact that its coming out with half life 2 and far cry for the X. In my opinion it beats ps2 in so many ways. Oh yea, and its coming out with fable.

ps2 has better graphics i mean look at gt4 and jak2
its been proven by hidio kojima ,maker of metal gear solid,and jason ruben maker of jak2 that ps2 has a higher
polygon fill rate ,and ive played project gothem 2
and it has nothing on gt4(i mean nothing)

PS2, its all about games, systems are made and broken by games. And as far as FPS games r concern, I have to go with PC. Nothing feels the same without a monitor, keoboard, mouse, and its gaming community that strives on IRC. Pick up game anyone?..

ps2 should go the way of the sega cd system.
if you don't own one yet, pawn your ps2 and go get an XBOX! =)
i don't like ps2 so much, i've given away the 2 i've managed to acquire; before i even opened them! =p

Yeah i think in my view the PS2 was good untill the Xbox was Released

and is still a good console just not the only one around no more Wink

its gotta alot of games out for it but half them are old and not very good,

Be good if PS2 fans would give the Xbox more of a chance!! Smile
