Well I don't know too much about the case and how things work, but I think that you'll do better than TPB. The reasons why they lost are:
1. They bragged a lot to be untouchable.
2.They are too young and inexperienced to administer a site of such importance.
I believe that isohunt are smarter and have more experience to manage a situation like this ,so don't worry just be smarter and yo'll be O.K.

I know this may sound crazy, but i have seen this working.

I am not in US but whenever there is a hearing I would suggest to collect all the people you can to go to court room with you as all the laws are made for public wellfare & if the people themselves want to make this site legal then wtf MPAA can do ? Try to get people of all age group.

Would request on behalf of IH to every IH & TB fan to go to these hearings as it may help. And if any good lawyer is IH fan then please support 'em

The MPAA can't shut down Isohunt. They haven't shut any websites down. They just ask that certain movies be torn down. Which doesn't make any difference because some good Samaritan just vamps them up again the next day for my downloading pleasure.

I wonder how many billions of dollars they spend (and waste no doubt) on law suits, I bet all the major district attorneys know them very well not to mention the judges. The MPAA can't do shit, they're just assholes in white suits who go around thinking they can pull shit down to try and save a few bucks.

This is stupid, but you new this was coming for along time now. If I were you (admin), I would have shut the site down as soon as things were getting hot and changed the name of the site and changed the address to make it more underground. It's still not too late to shut the site down for a brief period and start from scratch again. If you ask me, its the only way you'll be able to escapte this. And for GOD SAKES, get those servers out of the US. Go underground for awhile. This is what club owners do when they get busted for drugs or whatever. They put the ownership in someone elses name and change the clubs name. But the big dogs still run the show. They're going after the big dogs. ThePirateBay owners have already been sentence to jail, its only a matter of time before you guys go down too.
