Do You Get Enough Sleep?

when i sleep i always try and sleep on my hand.if i wake up in the middle of the night,and cant get back to sleep i just have a chug,with my numb hand.this usually puts me back to sleep and saves waking the bird up.
sex is ok but theres nothing like the real thing.

didja know yer got around 25,ooo days ov life? alla same i sleep fer 2 hrs or so every night thassa lot off my days an it don't affect me -people sleep 7,8 hrs every day no need watta waste man i dun never wanna SLEEPPPPPP

I live in an apartment and an Indian family lives over me. I've discovered why they usually are shorter than average people, this is because they don't sleep much at night. Mad

I get maybe 4 hours of sleep per night, and I still wish I had more time in the day. Course I'm always tired, and always whining about it. Think there's a connection? Wink

It usually depends on how fscked up my work schedule is..

But I was born at night, and have always been a night owl.. Even if I work mornings.. so the answer is usually no. *sigh*

I have the worst trouble trying to sleep on a regular schedule. It's like I need another ten hours in a day, once I'm finally alert, because I'm almost never tired by the time I should go to bed. Even when I'm dead tired, it takes me a long time to fall asleep, and I can't stay asleep for longer than four hours or so. What a pain!

Well I managed 7 hours sleep today, only problem is it was from 2pm to 9pm. Not exactly "normal" sleep hours. Rolling Eyes
