I noticed I had some leftover art I hadn't put in here yet, I think they turned out quite nice even though it's not really hard to make. It only takes time. The poster was done in Photoshop and the cars in Illustrator.

The only thing I really did was redraw the linework of a real photo and tried to give it some color using illustrator. Does that make it art? I think it does!

P.S.: I did not make ALL of the content for the poster, for some shapes/text I just used a clipping mask with some images.

They certainly look good! Art is in the eye of the beholder, so potentially anything is art.

Thank you pacino, I was kinda nervous about whether people liked it or not! Smile I guess that is art yes, that's a good way to look at it!

My apologies, I will edit the title. The linework of the cars is built up in vectors, the cars themself aren't actually vector cars. Good to hear you like the art!

+1 to both of you. Appreciate your comments Smile

It's been a while since I've done this but I reckon I still got it. I've got a few weeks of holidays so let's see! I've never really looked into vector cars but I guess I can find some good pictures based on the models of what you posted!

Sorry if the Nissan bothered you, I like the car a lot myself heh Smile

Love the Nissan. Got any more vectoring stuff? Vectoring is great, it really deserves a thread.

Thank you! Vectoring is really great yes, it requires patience I do not have though!
I have 2 more cars;

1 is a VW Golf, my first attempt at vectorizing a car. It doesn't look very good though, and it's without colours.

2nd one is a Seat Leon, it's my best piece but because of copyright I can't put it here (I googled a picture of a seat leon but it has a designer's mark on the registration plate of the car)

I am also currently working on a vector car, there's still some stuff that needs modification before I can go and give it some color. This will be my last one though, I just don't have the patience...

Final one (or well, the one worth showing) is a cross. I made some shapes using illustrator and then pasted them as shape layers in Photoshop, applying blending options for each object.

375,000 km, anything above $200 would be a ripoff... as long as it still drives though Smile

Looks like you had quite some cars, if you don't mind me asking, what did she do to total the Aerostar? Just out of curiosity Smile
