They changed a bit at the end of the the final one where:

[Spoilers ahead for those weirdo's who haven't watched them]

Vader makes a choice between saving Luke or letting him die. In the original Vader looks at Luke then at Darth Sidious then back at luke then decides to kill Darth Sidious. In the blu ray he looks at Luke (the second time) then shouts "Nooo" then looks at Darth Sidious and and shouts "Noooooooo". It's super lame. When it happened i cried a lot and died a little on the inside. It completely destroys the emotional impact of that scene.
