Thanks to a note from gurry, the long unnoticed bug is now fixed. So, if anyone tried posting a new release and got a strange "only Moderators can post" error, you can post now. It's open to all members (but don't abuse it of course Wink )

And plz, report anything strange like this in the future when you see one, it very well may be a bug I didn't pick up. Cheers
