Anything other than a Jaybob isohunt upload to me is a fake

Don't know if this is the right place to put this comment on not so sorry in advance. 1 I am not knocking Admin as they do a very good job, I might be brown noseing Jaybob.
Resident Evil 1 to 3. This is not a Jaybob nor an isohunt upload so when I click on to Jaybob anything other than a Jaybob isohunt upload to me is a fake. As I have said before i have had lots of worms on my PC way back when I first started to download movies. I have had them downloading from here and ahashare. I have never had anyproblems with anthing that was uploaded by Jaybob or anthing that has been uploaded on Isohunt.
My point is if it's not a Jaybob and uploaded on isohunt to me it's a fake.

To answer you, it's not quite that simple. There are whole range of valid torrents on here that have nothing to do with Jaybob. Even if we were to restrict ourselves to movies alone, there are a bunch of release groups as good as Jaybob. Some may even be distinctly superior as they release larger files.

They might not be released by the group themselves but the work is still theres. A prominent example would be someone like Noir, who does not upload here but often someone will create a release for one his works.

Unless you meant to say if it's a Jaybob and not released here....

No offence to Jaybob as I started off here just downloading his stuff, ok Jaybob and Team's stuff but, if you restrict yourself to Jaybob torrents only then you are missing out big time ...........

as i posted in the comments it is a jaybob file and axxo files.i gave you a break and didn't neg you or ban you for false voting after schlomo and myself had both verified the files as being real by deleting the comment and notifying you privately about it don't make me change my mind.

an uploader got their releases and combined them into one release and gives them credit by not changing the names on the releases and added subtitles for romanian speaking peoples.

doing so does not make the file a fake.

Plenty of other good uploaders other than Jaybob & team... FXG/Noir are decent!!!! Everyone who knows the score does there bit to get rid & flag the fakes.

If stick to just Jaybob torrents you will miss out on a lot of good content. Spotting bad torrents is easy, here is what I do before downloading anything.....

1. Check the dates.

2. Check seeds/leecher numbers. If its abnormally high then forget it.

3. Look for the torrent's source page by Googling the hash number. Once found look at what info is provided. If it is very vague with no details about the actual content then don't trust it. However if screenshots are provided and plenty of information and the uploader has positive comments on other torrents then you can be certain its good.

Those three steps only take a couple of minutes and will stop you from ever downloading a fake. Easy, it just takes common sense.

What I was trying to say is, if i go to Top Serches and click on jaybob I onle expect to get movies that jaybob has uploaded by him and his team.
I have downloaded for other people here on isohunt and have always tried to say thanks as I have never had worms, as long as it's been an isohunt upload. had loads of them when i first started uploading from here and other sites. I was only asking for imfo and giveing my opinion.

Always look for his intro's on his comments (We Posted this Torrent. Enjoy Jaybob & Team). & like me mate, its all about the learning & spotting the fakes. Took me a while when i first joined isohunt but you get there in the end Wink

nice one pac, well done mate,
now that's what needs to be made into a sticky,
instead of the info that is available in the stickies,
short & to the point but with all the info required,
it's ok for an experienced user but for a complete noob who is also trying to take in the rules especially the most common culprits.....
double posting, use of language when making comments,
what I am saying is if other stickies could be slimmed down a bit
like pac has done here,
makes it much easier for a noob to take it all in, a job well done pac. Very Happy
