I like this shit:

µTorrent 3.0 includes streaming of music and videos, as well as µTorrent Web, a new encrypted WebUI that requires no configuration! Check it out: https://web.utorrent.com/
As before, this is not feature complete, but many exciting new features have been added to this version: a new, encrypted webUI that doesn't require port forwarding called µTorrent Web; many improvements to the standard WebUI backend; streaming; and a new, optional (non-default) simplified UI. |
The web interface will not work with peerblock you will have to use the ipfilter.dat in µtorrent.

Secure remote access to µTorrent 3.0 Alpha from anywhere.
Users running the free µTorrent 3.0 Alpha client on their home PCs can use the µTorrent Remote service for secure access and control of their home machine to add, remove, start and stop torrents from anywhere. Check your RSS feeds and start downloads on the go. Completed files can also be shifted directly to the device for local playback.
Privacy
The service is designed with privacy in mind. This means that you can be certain that there is no personal information about your BitTorrent usage that is ever exposed to us or anyone else. More info here https://web.utorrent.com/srp/privacy
**Usage**
µTorrent Remote works with µTorrent 3.0 Alpha running on your PC. You will need to download the uTorrent 3.0 Alpha from web.utorrent.com and create a login account (Preferences/Web). |
I have tried both and they work just a described.
The part I liked the best was
"Completed files can also be shifted directly to the device for local playback"
I had a 1.2GB .m4v video already downloaded in µtorrent then opened the android µtorrent Remote app, Logged into my µtorrent client and am now in the process of shifting it to my phone over the mobile 4G network I am at 50% now, I had some problems at the start (not enough free space on my phone) but after cleaning some space it is working flawlessly.
Note:
Make sure you have an unlimited data plan on your mobile or be connected to a WIFI Network if you try this.
To end with if you have Screen Share powered by Twonky on your phone, you can wirelessly share your HD videos, high-quality pictures, and music directly with your compatible HDTV, or other DLNA compatible gaming consoles.
So You can find a torrent on your phone download it to your home PC, Then copy it to your phone from anywhere, Then you can play it wirelessly to a compatible HDTV (PS3 works great I checked it out first).
/me does a happy dance. |

I should add that you need decent upload speeds I have 5mb up which nets me about 670KB/s
I think 4G tops out around 7mb (896KB) as of now
Ohhh Yeah I forgot to add:
The web interface will not work with peerblock you will have to use the ipfilter.dat in µtorrent.
adding that ^^ to the first post
Edit:
It works great you can download a .torrent file in your phones browser from any torrent site like isohunt (BitSnoop works great for us users) and it will let you open it up with µtorrent Remote and the rest is automatic when the torrent finishes downloading you can shift it to your phone.
MyTouch 4G, with 50/5mb down/upload at home = about 7 minutes for a 174MB Video to download completely and shift to my phone.

Yeah, you have to consider that this is considerably more accessible to the common user though. |

So...don't download it. you might get the same end results but it's not the same, Right off the bat you would have to connect to your vnc just to browse the net if you thought you might want a torrent.

Yeah no extra software all you do is add a name and pass. |

Works on the ipad as well, although a_d is right, you have to disable Peerblock for it to work properly. It's pretty neat |
