Virtual reality goggles

Hi guys! I don't know If You remember but in the 90's we had few virtual reality goggles (like VFX-1) but back then the quality was really poor so after a while it was dropped and people forgot about it quite quickly. Now the idea comes back to life and there are a couple of new projects coming up like that one here called Oculus Rift 3:

I am very excited about it as this stuff would be great for most of 3D games. I know that 'Google' are working on their own product as well. Please share Your opinion. Thanks.

There is already a Japanese game called 'Real Kanojo' where You can do some nice stuff using two mouses for the left and right hand... (have a look and to not waste Your time jump straight to 3:39 )

there are some interesting materials that will change shape or deform when given an small electric charge, so a glove, or a sleeve with a touch surface could be fit over the handle of a joy stick and then a remote device made of the materials can be control to bend or deform according to hand applied surface pressure on the glove / joystick sleeve. be creative, im sure the sleeve could be used other ways Laughing

im still amazed my 3d printing. watched a girl design a lamp shade and actually have it made from a printer. crazy. defo print me a woman

they look pretty cool!! lets hope they make them affordable to the mainstream public!! Smile
