Just in time for Christmas, a series of good news for the file sharing scene (and not so good for **AA):

- US Court of Appeals finds RIAA's DMCA subpoenas against Verizon invalid
- Dutch Supreme Court ruled Kazaa developers not responsible for its use
- "DVD Jon" Johansen (author of DeCSS) acquitted on all counts of copyright violations, by Norwegian appeals court
