Skyrim razor1911 installer problem

Ok, this is really really annoying and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I realize that the install tips say if the installer can't find the .sid files to point to them on your dvd. My problem is that the razor installer cannot find the .sid file and it gives me absolutely no option to select the directory. It just says insert disc 1 and gives me the option to retry or cancel. Retry does absolutely nothing. I can't even get the installer to start. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Any help would be great.
