torrents stopped downloading

My torrents suddenly stopped downloading. There are plenty of seeds but for some reason bittorrent won't connect to any of them. Can someone please help me?

Post the summary link of the torrent, plenty of seeds could be a fake torrent sometimes.

I'm not sure what to do. I've tried downloading a small file with over 1000 seeds and it still won't work. It's as if something is blocking the connection. There is an orange triangle (with an exclamation mark in the center) on the bottom right hand corner. Which supposedly means that there is a problem with my network configuration. But there is nothing wrong with that. The internet works perfectly fine.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Yes, I am using a router but I don't have access to it. I share it with two other another apartments.

If you are on a shared connection you may be blocked from p2p services

I had the same problem in a studenthouse.
Its prolly a old router that cant handle the connections. Restart the router and u will see that the download starts normaly, but when there will be loads of connections the router will stop working normal.
