Apps like Sound Hound and Shazam are pretty good about identifying tunes.

Tested it on some pretty obscure tunes...seems to work.

Edit: This might be a challenge because the app has to differentiate between the song the sport announcers and the other background noises.

You could try asking the up loader. He/She would have had a warning about all copyrighted music and given the song title and the artist. It's a bit of a long shot, but you never know. Shocked
