3rd web server is now up, running linux 2.6. Speed is good. There were some errors while the domains were updating, but should have been fixed in a few hours.

A problem with the release bot's duplicate entries has also been fixed, with other quoting related issues in general. Thanks Estranged for the note. If you see any other error on the site, please let me know.

UPDATE: There was still a quoting error when posting releases, it's now fixed.
