Error message can't download

This is the message the comes onto my screen whenever i try to download. Don't know where it's coming from but it blocks out the download. PLEASE Can any one help with this situation i have?

System.Components Model.Win32 exception:The system cannot find the specified file in (ProcessStartInfo start info)at SystemDiagnostics.Process()
at SystemDiagnostics.Process(ProcessStartInfo start info) at SystemDiagnostics.Process(StringfileName, String arguments) at MyDownloader.IEPlugin.IEMD.DownloadURL(string url)

Not 100% sure but it sounds like your firewall might be blocking your connection ports... just a thought...

What client are you using to download

It looks like you are using iexplorer as your browser, and you are getting that error when you attempt to download the .tor file itself. Use another browser like FFox or Chrome to narrow down the issue. If I recall... that is an issue with explorer... where it has become corrupt... or at least the plugin.dll has.
