Strange behavior on thegeeks bz

I found some strange behavor on thegeeks bz

When uploading a torrent everytime appears very fast the same leecher: zircon(dot)ferealhosting(dot)com.

When downloading a torrent the biggest seeder is moonstone(dot)ferealhosting(dot)com. On my last download the seeder moonstone(dot)ferealhosting(dot)com seeded over 75% of the file. The other 4 seeders shared the other 25% of the upload amount.

I suspect that somebody downloads automatically every torrent and seeds so much, that other seeders doesn't get a good ratio on seeding.

thegeeks have a very strict download/upload ratio:

There is also a page where you get GB added to your download ratio in return for a donation.

For me it was not possible to get a ratio over 0.4, this ratio was only possible with unique content, that was not availiable on the geeks. The tactic with hopping on newly created torrents and seeding to the swarm doesn't work because of the above mentioned reason. Has somebody seen this behavior on other sites too? What could be the explanation?
