Thanks for the tips, after some testing I have 600kB/s - 2MB/s as a regular upload speed, however it used to be around 5-8 MB/s with µTorrent, but there I had the chache problem when downloading...

Guess I can live with a slower upload, it's just to leave it seeding longer so I reach the ratio I want, 20:1 as a minimum.
