i'd love to know why it's not working and not disabled, when he could be lying.

The problem with these accusations is that we don't have any decent proof. There is a certain risk at trading steam accounts, both for the buyer and the seller and there isn't much we can do about it.

It surprises me that Hunt's or whatever his name is doesn't knew wether 031247's account was disabled or recovered in some way in the beginning of the chat, looks like you simply change the story a bit once the confirmation doesn't match.

I always want to see screenshots of the whole thing, no exceptions.

Not taking any reprecussions.

recover and disabled same thing?
disabled= someone told steam to kill it off because he is the owner without enought proof
recover= he had enough proof to get it recovered but not disabled

still being taken back from the orginal owner?

well its not my fault if i like to trust people i do not record logs often or take screen shots of transaction because he oftered to use Middle Man so i though this would be a ok trade but it ended up in the crap dump

Edit: bandi also told me that this person has been stealing steam accounts from somewhere but his screen shot only captured end of conversation and as far as i know bandi is honest as well.
